Recruitment Center Staff

We have comprehensive knowledge of the regional and local issues that impact the delivery of primary and oral health care for underserved populations and the recruitment and retention of health professionals to serve in rural and underserved areas. Our staff members have a combined 48 years of direct experience in all areas of clinician recruitment. 

 

Stephanie Pagliuca is the Director of the NH/VT Recruitment Center. In addition to managing Recruitment Center operations, Stephanie participates in the development and implementation of public policies that impact both access to health care and the availability of a qualified workforce of health professionals for New Hampshire and Vermont. Stephanie is also responsible for relationships with key stakeholders including the NH and VT Medical Societies, NH and VT Dental Societies, Hospital Associations, Area Health Education Center and others. Stephanie is a graduate of Leadership New Hampshire, Class of 2010.

Mandi Gingras is the Recruitment & Retention Coordinator of the NH/VT Recruitment Center. Mandi is the primary contact for all clinicians interested in practicing in New Hampshire or Vermont and conducts all recruitment activities including monitoring provider vacancies and screening and referring candidates to practices for their hiring consideration. Mandi serves as a liaison for clinicians and practices that need information about loan repayment programs and the Conrad 30 J-1 Visa Waiver process.

Claire Hodgman is the Data and Marketing Coordinator of the NH/VT Recruitment Center. Claire, who joined Bi-State in 1995, is responsible for coordinating all data and marketing functions, including collecting, analyzing, trending, and reporting clinician, community, and practice data within the Recruitment Center. Claire coordinates public relations and marketing activities and manages the program’s database. She also assists healthcare organizations in New Hampshire and Vermont that need general information about Recruitment Center services.

Michele Petersen is the Workforce Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, and primary contact for clinicians interested in practicing in New Hampshire who practice in the fields of behavioral health and substance use disorders. Specific disciplines of focus include: psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, licensed mental health counselors, licensed marriage and family therapists, and licensed alcohol and drug abuse clinicians. She conducts all recruitment activities including vacancy monitoring, candidate outreach, screening and referring to practices for hiring decisions. Michele is also a resource for information about loan repayment programs as well as the Conrad 30 J-1 Visa Waiver process.
